How does the sizing run?
Our tees and crewnecks are a relaxed unisex fit and run true to size. Women who prefer a fitted look should consider sizing down one. Check our size guide above for exact measurements.
How long does shipping take?
Each item is custom-printed just for you, which takes 3-5 business days. After that, shipping takes another 3-7 business days. Total time from order to your door: about 7-12 business days.
Will the design fade or crack?
Never. Our direct-to-garment printing uses water-based inks that absorb into the fabric. No cracking, no peeling, no fading — even after dozens of washes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We've got you. Email (support@brandedwest.store) us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No forms, no runaround.
What kind of shirts do you print on?

Do you offer exchanges?
Because each item is made-to-order, we can't do traditional exchanges. But if there's a quality issue, we'll replace it free.
